Our programs

Four programs to end child hunger for good

A hot meal at school keeps a child in class. A food basket at home keeps the family healthy. A garden in the backyard creates independence. Here is how we make it happen.

Nourish SchoolsDaily Meals

Nourish Schools

Hunger is the biggest barrier to education. Our school meal program provides a guaranteed, nutritious lunch to every student, significantly improving attendance, concentration, and physical health.

  • 85 modern school kitchens built
  • 35% increase in school attendance

  • Locally sourced produce from small farmers
  • Includes essential vitamins and minerals

Seed to Table

We believe in long-term solutions. By building school gardens and training parents in sustainable farming, we help communities create their own reliable sources of fresh, healthy food.

  • Agricultural training for 850 parents
  • Growing 20+ varieties of vegetables
Nutrition FirstHealthcare

  • Quarterly growth checks for all students
  • Specialized supplements for 1,200 children
  • 90% recovery rate from early-stage stunting
How we work

The FayJoy method

We are not a charity that parachutes in. We are a long-term partner that stays until the community no longer needs us.

Listen first

Every programme starts with months of conversation. Communities tell us what they need — we never arrive with a pre-packed plan.

Build together

Local teams lead delivery, from building kitchens to managing food logistics. We supply funding, expertise and equipment.

Stay and sustain

We fund maintenance and training for years, then hand ownership fully to the community.

Measure honestly

Independent evaluation each year. Results — good and bad — are published in our annual report.

Where we work

42 communities across four regions

We deliberately grow slowly. Each new community is added only when we can commit a full multi-year programme and a local team.
